Review: My go to store for the healthiest organic and healthy snacks. They have the best Jalapeño Kikones which are corn nuts with the most amazing flavour.

Review: Searched for this Naked Foods at Westfield Warringah mall in Brookvale specifically to write a review for how amazing Ruby is at your store. I’ve been shopping here for a year or two now and she has always been such a great help. Today, I called in to ask if a certain product was in stock, and was pleasantly surprised when she remembered / knew who I was and happily told me they had what I was looking for. It seems like she makes the wheels turn at this location, at least front of house, and deserves recognition! Thank you Ruby!

Review: Ridiculous customer service attitude. Became abusive when I was not happy to have to re-register my long-standing customer account because "we have a new system". Clearly believe that people who spend their money there are obliged to serve them. I supported this joint through COVID. Was a mistake. Last time I set foot into this store.

Review: If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous customer service both in store and through online communication. Had so many issues I don’t even have time to list them but basically had to chase them up for 6 weeks about my order and ended up getting it refunded because they couldn’t fulfill it. Don’t sell things you don’t have in stock or let your customers know BEFORE they order it that it’s out of stock. I’m not sure why that seems to be so hard for Naked foods to understand. Anyway don’t shop here, go to source bulk foods or the whole foods refillery they are much better and never had any issues with them.
