Review: Twice have requested Generic meds only, both times have got to register to realize not the generic. Asked why only 2 scripts out of 3 were filled, no answer when they were handed to me. Once again to the register to be told 3rd item on order, was I happy to come back. 3 times in a queue! No not happy to come back. Had to return to dispensary. NO COMMUNICATION FROM the DISPENSING STAFF. 35mins of my time. Worst pharmacy anywhere

Review: I have used Chemist Warehouses throughout Sydney, but the one at Brookvale is so much worse than any other that I strongly recommend you avoid it at all costs. On the past two occasions I have had attempted to fill scripts there it takes well over half an hour. On both occasions I had to take my script away after 30 minutes unfilled.There are less than 10 parking spots and I suspect 6-7 of these are filled by staff, unless it is people waiting for scripts as cars are parked for ages.Avoid this Chemist Warehouse at all costs.

Review: Person over the counter has really bad attitude towards customers he should not be working with customers if he has bad day or has some sort of issue, it is my usual place to fill my prescription I have been there over 100 times and always was outstanding customer service girls over the counter very nice and people at the tills extremely friendly and kind but today person who handled my prescription was unfriendly if not rude and he didn’t even see what he was doing wrong…. Maybe someone should show him how customer service should look like

Review: Whyyyyyyyy does it ALWAYS take so long to get a script filled, I always seem to wait an ungodly amount of time, even when it’s quiet. Is this some sort of sales tactic to keep people in your stores? This also happens at the Manly store, I was the first person into the store last week and was told the wait would be 15-20min, THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE!!!They might be a bit cheaper, but you certainly pay in time wasted, if you want to get a script filled and be on your way, pay a little bit extra and go elsewhere!

Review: I took a prescription from my doctor into this branch to be dispensed. I was told it would take about five minutes. I counted seven employees behind the dispensary in white coats drinking from water bottles, laughing with each other while customers waited for their prescriptions to be filled. There didn't seem to be any coordinated system by which prescriptions were being processed, in fact some customers were disputing the medicines being given to them by one particular white coated female. The others behind the counter continued with their group socialising, ignoring the growing number of waiting customers who were by now becoming restless with the lack of staff action. My patience ran out after forty minutes of waiting next to the counter for my prescription. A female customer and myself demanded that our prescriptions be returned immediately so that we could take them elsewhere. Half of the white coated staff walked away into a private room to carry on with their fun chat whilst the remaining white coaters suddenly came to life looking for the unprocessed prescriptions. After a frantic search, mine was eventually found in a place where a careless staff member had left it. It, together with my medication, was handed to a floor staff member and I was rudely ushered towards the cashier. I was far from impressed. One month later when I attended Chemist Warehouse at Dee Why with the same prescription for a refill, I was informed that the second page of that prescription had not been stapled to the cover by the incompetent staff at Brookvale. They had lost it. This rag tag unprofessional team of white coated medicine dispensers are unfit to be employed by Chemist Warehouse. If they are the best that this branch can find then the Brookvale shop should be closed down.
