Review: First time purchasing from wholefoods house and I’m very happy. Process is so easy and I love that the produce is all organic and very fresh. Really great selection of foods and household items. No longer needing to do any supermarket shop. Happy customer that will definitely be using the delivery service each week instead of battling the shops on the weekends.

Review: I’ve used 3 different organic box delivery services in Sydney, and this is by far the best! The produce is fresh, doesn’t go off in 2 days like some other services, and it’s sustainably packed. If they don’t have what you’ve requested, they message you to ask what you would like instead. They gave me a lovely welcome note and chocolate, which was a welcome surprise!

Review: We have been doing all of our grocery shopping for at least two years from your store in Woollahra and had an excellent experience. Since the recent pandemic, we have moved to online shopping and the experience has been equally great. You have the best selection of organic products compared to any other store in our area.

Review: I was in your store a couple of afternoons back and watched as the poor young girls serving the counter were accosted by a difficult customer refusing to wear a mask in store. Where are the managers in these situations? Why are the front staff left to deal with aggressive customers on their own with no support? My heart goes out to those girls - I hope they receive a serious bonus from you for their work during this crazy time!
