For that $10 refund?Changed from 1 star to 2 stars.—————————————————-Original comment (9th Feb)Bought 2 iced coffee.One of them expired 3 days ago.The other will expire tomorrow.My flatmate noticed there’s some disgusting white stuff inside the expired coffee - that’s how I found out they sold expired iced coffee.

Review: Trying to get in touch you these clowns is nothing short of a nightmare. Its apparently family owned from customer service to IT. Looks like customer service is on permanent annual leave! Try answering your phones during business hours!

Review: I shopped at the Waterloo store for many years before it closed a few months back. The product range was awesome and the loyalty system gave some great discounts. I've only been to the new store once - unfortunately it is a bit out of my way!Overall, great store but wish they could have kept the previous location.
