Review: I liked the products that I purchased. The girl at the customer service was well trained and friendly. She was able to explain well about the available choices.

Review: What would we do without these guys? I get my dark chocolate fix here with coffee beans, coconut etc. Also refill my olive oil here. Good Australian olive oil. Happy to support local when it is this good. Not cheap but great quality. You get what you pay for

Review: As a returning customer I wanted to try a different protien powder blend from a particular brand. The protein powders range in price from $39.00 and up. Expensive but good.. This is a tricky one as I relied on the sales person to guide me . I described my dilemma regarding wanting a very similar tasting blend to my original purchases. ( it was out of stock on that day) So I ended up choosing a protein powder that was plant based. Same brand.Mine original favorite had alwsys been a Vanilla bean WPI Whey product. My new one is a vanilla and coconut plant protein bigger container and $69.00.Needless to say I really don't find the two to taste similar at all....! So I am saying the following. If you sell quality products at a good mark-up please educate you staff. It's the least one can expect.I don't expect that this store will give me a refund as I've opened the tinfoil seal.

Review: I have been shopping from this place for years and I can't say that I am pleased with the customer service. I haven't been there for a few months and I wasn't aware of the new policies. I scooped 1 single pepita on 10/08/2021 3pm to taste and the person at the counter started screaming to me in a very rude manner embarrassing me to the rest of the clients. I told him that I wasn't aware that I am not allowed to taste and he started telling me that it was never allowed to taste anything in this business. He started throwing policies and rules making me feel uncomfortable. I told him that I respect the business's rules but there is no need being rude with me. He escalated even more. I emptied my basket and I kept only 2 of my favotite products since its the last time I am shopping from this business. I am not going ever back because my only defence to toxic rude people is avoiding them.

Review: This is solely because of the way I was treated today. I have been coming back here every weekend spending anywhere from $$20- -$100 so I clearly have no intention to come here stuff my face for free, however this time I did try and tasted something before I had paid for it because I had never bought it before, so here I am biting on one ! ONE orange peel covered in dark chocolate while choosing a new tea blend with no intention to be hiding when one of the staff members comes to me and says rudely ‘you have to pay before you eat’ ! At the counter she tells me I can try but need to ask first, which is 100% understandable. Yes I should of asked and honestly I don’t know why I didn’t, maybe I just thought well everyone else always seems to be trying it before they buy it without asking.Maybe having a sign explaining this would be helpful and would stop you from constantly chasing people that do try before buying without asking so you stop humiliating people in front of other customers. I do understand the general rule of thumb might be that you get people coming there to eat for free hit there is no need to throw everyone into the same box!So disappointed today, I have never been treated like this here before
