Review: I had an excellent experience with Janet. Last year, I came to buy some products to help me with some health issue I was dealing with. I was a little sad about my situation and Janet patiently listened. She was very kind and understanding. As I was leaving, she gave me a little flower to make me feel better. I saw her today in the store and thanked her again for her kindness. I am very happy she is still at Dr Earth in Newtown and could say hi to her today.

Review: Had the best experience here. Jen the florist & Jenny the manager went above and beyond to help me! Lovely, warm, caring people. Such a pleasure to deal with. Fully stocked health hub with everything you need. Excellent coffee, gluten free food, vegan, supplements etc! Beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!

Review: So happy to share my experience. Purchased Evolution Botanicals Lions Mane powder after a recommendation from a helpful team member and this product has been a staple in my everyday.After some serious health issues almost a decade ago I found myself with an inability to focus. One thing I loved doing, reading, was lost to me. Even reading a page was difficult. After taken this powder every morning in my coffee ☕️ I can report (with a ridiculous smile on my face) that I just finished a book! This powder helps me focus (coffee couldn’t). No smack in your face clarity, just a sneaky realisation that something’s different and I plan to take full advantage of it! Thank you for your initial recommendation - extremely grateful.

Review: Left me hanging having not delivered my meds for weeks.... I chased up after 1 week, no response. At 2 weeks I called and found the online store doesn't have a number.... i conplained and insisted the physical store leave a message with them. Claimed they were out if stock but surprise surprise when I complained the meds were on the way within a few hours. Poor customer sevice.
